my story
I built Art of Power because this work changed my life more than any other practice I've done.I went from a woman at war with men, with authority, with my own femininity - domineering yet also fawning, deeply ashamed, deadened desire, convinced softness was weakness- to someone who now walks the same streets, sees the same faces, and somehow lives in an entirely different city. I went from outsourcing my safety to generating it from within. From afraid to walk down the street, to cared for. from playing out my identity drama to settling into grace and contribution.I bring a decade of embodiment, facilitation, and years of my own private theraputic BDSM practice. the lessons i learned in the dungeon were so profound and effective i knew i had to take them out into the light. I teach this because I've watched it work- and i need the medicine too.
